How to stay motivated when you are losing hopes.

Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place, and we must not care about how others are, as it will beat us to our knees and keep us permanently there if we let it in. You, me or nobody gonna hit it as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard you hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and still keep moving forward. How much you can take and still keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!


Sometimes we lose our hopes and motivation to achieve something and we begin to think that we can't achieve that. So here are my five golden steps to help you stay positive and achieve success, if you will follow them you will never lose motivation.


1. TAKE A DEEP BREATH_
I know it sounds awkward but its true because when you are stressed, you have to calm down. And a deep breath works the best in providing mental peace. Just what you have to do is, close your eyes, don't think anything, stay calm, breath in, hold your breath for 3-4 seconds, breath out and repeat the same for minimum 20 times. It will provide you much relief and you will be able to think and imagine things in a better way. You will understand things deeper and will help you much to move towards victory.

2. NOTE DOWN WHAT'S DISTRACTING YOU_
It is very common that there are so many things and so many people who let you lose your motivation and lose your hopes by complementing you with so many negative things that you let distract yourself. So do one thing write down all the things which makes you to lose your motivation. Never forget people will always pray for your success but never more than them. They will always try to pull you down. And if someone is pulling you down, that itself means you are already above them. So be happy if someone is doing so and continue with your works in the same manner. Ignore everyone else who is pulling you down and saying that you can't do this or that.

3. NOTE DOWN WHY YOU STARTED DOING IT_
Write down all the things for what you have started, i.e, fame, money, family, friends, dream, career, inspiration for others etc. Just write all the things in a piece of paper. This will remind you of your aim and will help to ignore other's opinion.

4. COMPARE WHATS MORE IMPORTANT_
Just compare by yourself what's more important for you , your dreams or what people thinks about you, because of which you can't handle your stress and work for your dreams. Consider by yourself that what is truely important for you, your answer must be your dreams. Once you come to know your priority, it will be very simple to overcome stress and negative thoughts. I can bet you that you can't achieve your goals if you would be stressed with what others think. After knowing all this, question yourself whether you can fight for your dreams, and achieve success or not?

5. WORK TO ACHIEVE GOOD_
Once you have decided what is more important, once you came to know your goal, then start working for achieving it. Ignore everything that distracts you from your path. Just stay determinant to your goal. The only thought that must come into mind is how to attain your dream, your goal and nothing else.

If you think you can do it then just be focussed to your destination and your goals. Trust me no one can stop you. Don't listen what they say just keep it up. There is an idiom 'when an elephant walks, so many dogs barks'. Same is the case with human beings, if a person will walk towards success, is working to achieve something great, there are so many people who will bark uselessly and will tell you that you can't do this, they will try to pull you down by imparting negative thoughts and feelings, but trust me in this world nothing is impossible. You can do whatever you think if you are truly determinant to it.



Don't just read this content and leave it, try it practically and I am 100% sure that if you will  follow it you will definitely get motivated and will never lose hope. So just try it.
